About Bvunza Zimbabwe
Bvunza means “ask”. Most people looking for help with a Zimbabwean service are not short of opinions — they are short of a clear, orderly explanation of what to prepare, where to go and what will get their application refused.
We publish 1,400 guides across 35 topics, covering civil registration, travel documents, driving, vehicles, business and tax, education, health, utilities, property, banking, agriculture, mining, justice, welfare and more.
How each guide is written
- Every service is covered four ways: how to apply, what documents are required, where it can be done (including online where that exists), and what causes delays or rejection.
- Each guide names the responsible authority and links to it, because fees, forms and service points change.
- We do not publish fees, timelines or office details we cannot attribute to an official source.
What we are not
Bvunza Zimbabwe is an information publisher, not a government department and not an agent. We do not lodge applications on your behalf and we never suggest paying anyone for informal access to an office.
